Almost all of these images are taken on monochrome film developed, mainly, in tanning and staining developers.

They have been scanned and then printed using an Epson R2400 and K3 pigment inks on matt fine-art media as standard; they will also print on glossy or semi-glossy paper.

Nowadays I photograph using either a Hasselblad with 50mm and 80mm lenses or an MPP MKVI using 90mm, 135mm and 240mm lenses. Both produce excellent negatives, but the 5"x4" format is a sheer joy because of the relative ease in obtaining fine images.
